I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I managed to get a good deal which made it affordable for me. I especially liked the convenience of the shuttle service to the Mall of America. However, the room temperature was a bit cool for my liking.
Although the rooms were overpriced and had a strange odor, the hotel offers a very positive and sincere service experience. The location is convenient for airport travelers and nature enthusiasts, with some room for improvement. The dining options, while expensive, provide a variety of choices. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, offering a worthwhile stay for guests.
The hotel had rooms that were clean and nice overall. The front desk person and staff were awesome and the bartender was friendly. The rooms were exactly what we had booked, with amenities like a fan, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, and mini-fridge. However, there was an issue with being lied to about a refund check.
